The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the cars are not in the best shape. The SUV we looked at had newer belts and hoses, but there was water in the spare wheel well inside the cabin, and the staff could only guess that perhaps the hatch must have been left open to allow water to get in there.
Treated fine, we bought the car as is, needed work as the windshield wipers not working but was upfront about not wanting to put more money into the car to fix it before selling it. Only accepted cash payment. Now just waiting for tags to be mailed to me.
