Good selection of parts, extremely helpful staff, reasonable prices – For many years I go to the Franklin's Hardware to find pieces of hardware to replace whatever is broken in my household. I never know how to call what I am looking for, and often I don't have it in my hands to show. Nevertheless, I had never left the store without a piece I came for. Lacking customer service – I called to ask if they had a basic household product, and the guy started laughing hysterically and said it was a little late in the season and no way did they have any! I thought that was not the most polite way he could have responded! I won't shop there in the future.
Helpful Staff – I love Franklin's. When I can't face a trip to Home "Despot" or OSH, I go to Franklin's because I know I will find what I need and plenty of friendly advice to go along with my purchase. Plus, if you ever need keys made, it's the place to go because their machine is always working, which is not something I can say about OSH.
