Very interesting company, asked us to pay for balanced owed by previous tenants. When I politely ask them to get into contact with their former tenants, they told us that since we are living in this apartment right now we were actually held responsible.
Never drop your rent check in their drop box, my check got lost/misplaced by them. I write an email politely ask them to reimburse for the stop payment I have to pay. I provide sufficient evidences to prove I am actually paying for the stop payment. They immediately declined my request and stated they are not responsible for any lost/stolen check in THEIR drop box.
I am very happy to be apart of the Franklin West family. They make sure every tenant is taken care of, day and night.
I would give 5 stars for the front desk lady and 0 stars for the management. We always used to have a lot of my appliances broken, they used to come to fix them and in one or two weeks two broke again because they were very old. After moving out to a house we bought we still had to pay 8 rents and all 8 months of utilities. After moving out the only thing I asked for was to check if I had bills and important mail in my mailbox. The manager used to say: "Our staff said there is nothing in your box".
