I agree with ******** only I am going to add in here they started doing inspections every 6 weeks checking, "deficiencies, house-keeping, measuring, health-safety issues" but when they came in they did not fix or report to me what was actually broken, so they clearly were not checking for deficiencies! They went through my stuff, went into my closets, and knocked my stuff on the floor. I called a lawyer who said I have a right not to let them in for non-emergency issues and could call the police, since they were trespassing.... read more

manager is horrible have been requesting copy of lease for 6 months now. have gotten corporate involved. she will scream at you and send threatening letters.
Recently I had a little plumbing issue. I would like to thank the Franklin village apartments maintenance team!! They fixed the issue fast. On top of that they were really nice guys. Thank you!!!
Property Manager is a horrible human being
If you like a verbally abusive property manager, neighbors that start trouble when you keep to yourself and don't mind living in an apartment where mice run rampant then this is the place for you. Apartments are old and run down, cars get broken into, police constantly in and out of there day and night, classy neighbors always breaking the machines in the laundry room, walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors having their domestic violence disputes, dogs barking all hours of the day and night, people slamming the doo... read more

Franklin village is as good or bad as you make it. My time spent there wasn't amazing, but I made it work. The staff working in the admissions office are great, really easy, and friendly to work with. Sure it has its downs, with having to move your car in order for them to plow the lot. But, at least they plow it. The grounds crew and maintenance are always working on making sure the place looks decent and rooms are manageable.
