manager is horrible have been requesting copy of lease for 6 months now. have gotten corporate involved. she will scream at you and send threatening letters.
Recently I had a little plumbing issue. I would like to thank the Franklin village apartments maintenance team!! They fixed the issue fast. On top of that they were really nice guys. Thank you!!!

Franklin village is as good or bad as you make it. My time spent there wasn't amazing, but I made it work. The staff working in the admissions office are great, really easy, and friendly to work with. Sure it has its downs, with having to move your car in order for them to plow the lot. But, at least they plow it. The grounds crew and maintenance are always working on making sure the place looks decent and rooms are manageable. negligent staff, I am laughed at when I present concerns. Maintenance staff are friendly, but the girls in the office take at least a week to notify them. They do nothing about crimes being committed on the property. Anyone with children, jobs, or school schedules should look elsewhere.
