Our entire family have been patients of Dr. Cortez for several years. He listens, responds, is willing to hear your thoughts, takes his time, and doesn't rush through your appointment. Dr. Cortez is the most down-to-earth practitioner I've encountered which reduces the normal stress of dealing with health issues. The entire office is fantastic and we don't see any reason why we would ever want to go anywhere else, in fact, I consistently refer friends and family to the practice.
I wish I could give them zero or negative stars. I got my labs done here 2 weeks ago had a high TSH, low hameoglobin, anaemic, high WBC but nobody called me to discuss about my reports. I called the office and spoke to a nurse I asked her about my reports she said it shows no action needed. This was very unprofessional from their side I was completely healthy person in the past years and recently found out these health issues and they did not want to discuss about it which is ridiculous..ARE THEY WAITING TO GET THOSE HEALTH ... read more
