Nice Environment Franklin Towers has an excellent living environment for elderly. You can only enter the building if you work there, live there, or you are visiting someone there. This is because of a door that the elder who lives there can open by pushing a button. I don't know how the employees get in, however. When my great grandma stayed here, she really liked it.
