Been pretty disappointed since i moved in. Lots of restrictions on amenity usage. The amenities are always empty because you arent allowed to bring more than 1 guest at a time. Makes the public spaces pretty much useless. Also gym is pretty crowded. Lots of potential in the building, but the restrictions stop a lot of natural connections. Also fire alarms wake you up on your days off, 2 in 1 month lasting over an hour
Living at Franklin Tower has been extremely frustrating due to the consistent loss of heat every winter, an issue that has been occurring for several years with no permanent solution. As of now, the temperature inside my apartment is 43°F, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe for a residential building. Each year, when temperatures drop, residents are left without reliable heat. Absolutely horrible place to live. Had constant issues with rude staff, incompetent security. Only bad experience I’ve ever had with any apartment complex. Stay away
AC will never properly cool your place down, but maintenance and the office will keep claiming that "its working properly"
I know this apartment complex seems appealing, but with the leaking apartments, consistent fire alarms going off at all times in the day, and Kavina Patel leading the leasing office, you are going to have the worst time of your life dealing with these people. PLEASE save your time and find a complex with a leasing manager that isn’t as horrible of a person as Kavina Patel, she will truly make your life miserable for no other reason than her incompetence and disdain for doing the very simple tasks she has to on a day to day. ... read more
