I went to Jackson Hewitt for years becuase they were near my house. I saw an ad for Franklin and tried them last year. They were much more helpful and friendly. I was just looikng them up to use them agian this year. I can easily recommend them.
We contacted them to do a couple of years returns and they were very fast and efficient. They were very good at following up for all the details. Much more friendly than the big HR Block type places.
