Jessica was knowledgeable, personable and patient with us in buying this car. We loved that she got us what we wanted on our trade-in on the spot. Some salespeople are pushy but she was listening us from the minute we walked through the door and got the deal done easily and hassle-free. Bobby got us approved so quickly and was able to give us some extras to boot. We loved dealing with these people and will definitely recommend FSAutomall to our friends and family.
No one at this place has any idea what they are doing, I have been waiting on a spare tire that I paid for for four months, No communication, the sales experience was awful, full of lies and people saying any BS to your face to make the sale. Wouldn't recommend Nelson to anyone

Dan my apologies on the spare tire situation, my team has no control on parts availability from the manufacturer, it has been ordered unfortunately it is on back order, with release dates showing in October. I would agree at least communication to you would be in order, I guess not having any updates to share is part of the problem but none the less we could at least tell you that.
