I had a flat tire and had to get my hubby to a Dr appointment in Auburn, we live in Smiths Station. We put air in the tire and took off to Auburn. on the way I Googled tire stores, found Franklin was nearby and had great reviews. They took care of my tire right away, very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Franklin Tire & Auto.

I previously posted a very negative review about Franklin Tire and Auto after a poor experience with them. David reached out to me, apologized, and then he and his crew went above and beyond to ensure that the issues were resolved. Initially, I was extremely unhappy with my experience, but my faith in them has been more than restored after seeing the way they professionally handled my complaints. I look forward to continuing to take my car to their shop.
This is an unreliable repair shop. On September 15, 2018, my car's engine yellow light came on, and I saw a four-star rating and drove over for repairs. The store told me that the CATALYTIC CONVERTER was broken and needed to be replaced, and that it cost more than $1,200 for inspection, parts and labor. I followed their advice and the store promised me a one-year warranty on the same issue.
