Terrible place to live! staff are rude. apartments are falling apart inside! and they have their own heating company, heating bills are 200 + a month for winter for a 820 sq foot apartment!!!

I like my apartment here, but I wish my hallway weren't as narrow. Storing stuff in that closet can be difficult sometimes. Overall, the rent is in the mid range, the staff is friendly, and they take good care of the property.

Franklin Square apartments aren't horribly small, and the rent is reasonable. There isn't a ton of parking. Nice that there's a locked door before you get to the apartment doors. I don't really like having my front door to my apartment exposed to the elements. The neighborhood is decent. I haven't noticed any disturbances.

Rent at Franklin Square is a little steeper than the surrounding complexes, but it's worth it. They take very good care of their buildings and grounds, and the staff is prompt in their response to maintenance calls. Haven't ever has an issue with the office staff, or other residents. And I can't complain about the location, between Middlebelt and Telegraph, I-96 just down the street... very convenient

Was looking for a little place of my own near my job that wouldn't be an awful commute when I randomly came across Franklin Square. Initially, it reminded me of a old-folks' home, and I was leery, but once I spoke to one of the girls in the office and she showed me the floorplans and some example units, I warmed up to it. The grounds are nice, and the apartments and hallways are clean. I like that they have trash pick up and free water.

I wish there were more windows around my apartment. Though I do like that my kitchen is right at the door. It makes it really easy to get groceries put away. Rent is okay for being right on middlebelt.

The staff are very friendly and the grounds are lovely. My husband and I were visiting out son when he discovered a leak in his kitchen. The staff were very accommodating and had someone out to look at the problem the same day. He said they came and fixed it the next morning and gave him their emergency number in case he had any other problems. His apartment is just the right size for someone on their own, and he says that the neighbors are all very quiet and welcoming.
