This is only a response from a completely unbiased average American citizen that calls things for what they are. All of the people on here leaving nasty comments about the pool and complaints about the management acting "stupid", need to appreciate the fact that there are places like this that exist which collaborate with HUD in an effort to give you $35 per month rent for a three bedroom apartment. My family loves living out here. The Apartments are nice and spacious. The office staff are very helpful.
Would not recommend moving here. I went through 3 different managers in the first 2 months, none of whom were on the same page and very unprofessional. The gate never works which defeats a gated community. The amenities such as the pool are not available to the tenants,and was open for 3 weeks out of the year in June. The gym was dirty and the office was never open for WiFi use and a memo was sent out that the tenants could not use the clubhouse. Save yourself the headache and keep looking.
Very unprofessional and nasty people work in this office. Even the ones who hold what seems to be more titles of influence . Beware! They are wolves in sheeps clothing. I am currently in the process of filing a complaint with h.u.d. etc. People are deserved of the respect that they give. P.s. keep up with receipts!
don't move in there it seems nice to start with then they start acting stupid. The pool was closed most of the time and the gym too. They were not in the office so you could not use the free internet. Nothing was as was promised. Do not rent here for sure
This review is in response to the previous one... Are they strict about everything in that complex?? or just the pool? I'm wondering because I know a lot of income-based apartments think they have the right to enter your apartment whenever they want to. Is it like that over there?
At first this seemed like a nice place. I loved the apartment, the location, and all that. I could not wait to swim. The manager of the apt complex opened the pool for a couple of days. People left trash, as people do, and now it is closed. It is ONLY open now mon-fri from 8-5. Now that is BS! It is summer time! How is my kid supposed to go swimming if it is closed when I get off?? They might as well shut down the pool all together, and lower our rent. What are we payin for?! Don't come here.
