My tub/shower was leaking. Franklin Plumbing sent somebody out in a couple of hours. Mr. Pinckney showed up on time and proceeded to diagnose the problem. He showed me pictures of everything that he saw and explained In detail why he thought it was better to replace the entire faucet than to try to repair it.
