Excellent costumer service! Josh serviced our sink and replaced all of the old piping with brand new equipment. Highly recommend working with Josh and using this company for plumbing. Returned our water pressure like it was brand new!

Josh with Franklin was prompt, friendly and thorough. I just had a plumbing maintenance check completed but he has done work for us over a year ago and he greeted meet like an old friend. I highly recommend Franklin Plumbing for their professionalism, lovely employees and reliability.

First of all, no one from Franklin Plumbing asked me to write this review, I am doing it out of appreciation. Franklin Plumbing has shown me that not all home service businesses want to make a quick buck with a signature signing in one hand and your money in their other hand. I had a great experience with the team at Franklin Plumbing from beginning to end. I had a leak in the shower and they took great care of me. The customer service was amazing from the initial call to the fished job. Everyone was courteous and professional. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs moving forward.
