Don’t rent at this place unless you want to live in dirty apartments and waste your money. The pool has been filthy all summer. Even if you pay your rent on time you still have to worry about getting kicked out for no reason. The apartment smells of smoke. There is water damage and they won’t fix the air. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!! Negative 10 star
It's quiet for being single and retired i dont bother no one no one bothers me
since me and my mom have moved here in July there have been 5 different managers and 3 leasing agents and 4 maintenance workers and we have to hound the office to get things fixed like my bathroom toilet it wont flush like its supposed to i have to hold the lever down and even then it dosent always flush other than that we have not had a lot of problems with our neighbors we r quiet people and try not to bother anyone
Add some wheels and call it a Trailer park stray cats and bed bugs
The ghetto of Franklin! This place used to be better when we didn't have thugs and convicted drug dealers in bed with management!!!
If you want your kids to learn cus words, kids taking stuff or just thinking they own the place . people screaming and loud music all the time and have the cops here alll the time this is the place for you!
It's getting bad here, I used to really love living here. But, now we can't step outside without being herassment from people. My kids have been threatened and for how close a lot of us neighbors are, there are others against that. My family doesn't feel safe here anymore. We take shifts just to make sure our car doesn't get trashed. Something has to give. If regional or corporate is reading this please contact me asap. I missed your last call do to a medical emergency.
