Franklin Place Apartments was my home for 3 years. The most important thing to me was how safe I felt. In order to get in the building you have to have a code or a remote. All the apartments are inside. Rarley is there crime around that area. In addition, I loved the garbage shoot. I did not have to walk outside at all in order to dispose of my trash. Franklin Place provides solid apartments for reasonable rent. They are generally fairly responsive with maintenance requests although I have had to ask more than once on several occasions (including having to wait several days for them to fix air conditioning in Texas heat). The appliances and utilities tend to work pretty well. Water and electric bill is reasonable. Great place. Great location for all the down town activities. I lived there a little over a year and had to break my lease to take a new job. They worked with me to make the transition easy. I would recommend.
