All staff were friendly and took great care of my toddler! Dr. Nnamani was very kind and she shared great suggestions for our concerns. She made us feel very at ease during our visit. Thank you!
Love the all the updates and that they are more willing to squeeze you in so you don’t have to go somewhere else when your kid needs seen fast. The new doctor that took over is very personable and friendly. Service was way faster and I didn’t wait in the waiting room very long. Highly recommended!!
We have come here for years. Dr Cooke was a great doctor and the nurses have always been awesome. However, now that Dr Nnamani took over it has become even better. The waiting room is more child friendly with books and games. The whole place looks brighter and more welcoming. Today, my daughter wasn't feeling well and when I called in for advice, Dr Nnamani fit her in which saved a trip to the Urgent Care.
My daughter was very comfortable talking with the doctor. The time from beginning to end was very reasonable.
We started with Franklin Pediatrics in 2012 when my oldest was born. We just had our first appt since Dr. Nnamani joined and I was so impressed with all of the changes. My son loved checking out the new books and decor in the waiting area. I loved the new patient portal. Dr. Nnamani was wonderful with him and I'm excited to see what other amazing things she adds to this practice!
