The wait time after arriving was longer than expected and with a newborn baby it seemed like an eternity with him crying the entire time. I spent nearly an hour in the exam room just waiting for the doctor to come in. This has happened all three times in this office

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? Not at all. They encouraged second opinions Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Yes Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient
