Very thrilled with how my visit went everyone is so kind from front desk staff to the saleswomen and especially Dr.jindal!! 10/10 would recommend to everyone and as excited to continue seeing them!
Went for annual exam and Dr. Northcutt totally missed the mark on my prescription—gave me the opposite of what I needed. Pointed it out, and they didn’t really apologize and were extremely casual about it. Super inconvenient to have to go back again to get my eyes rechecked because of their mistake. I went to my appointment 5 mins late and had to reschedule again to another day. Pretty uncool to not even get an apology when they mess up like that. Had no issues until I was treated like a liar when I mentioned one of the doctors told me my prescription made my contacts medically necessary, (had seen 2 different drs at this point) and they called and said she said she never told me that (talking about the first dr I saw) and I said no it was the dr I saw most recently, not the first one. They came back and said they asked the first doctor and she said she didn't and I said no it was the other lady and they said a third lady I had never even seen and I said no whoever I ... read more
