Do NOT move here. They will lie to you and promise you a move in bonus but you'll never get. They will make something up and renege on the agreement. We are not impressed with Franklin Park. Before we originally moved in, we asked about a bug problem and were told that the building was bug-free. The first thing one of our neighbors told us on the day we moved in was that the building was infested with cockroaches. We spent about 11 months battling them. They were everywhere. It was disgusting. We called pest control repeatedly but they weren't able to make a dent in the sheer numbers of bugs. They were in our food, in the bathroom cabinet, inside appliances.
