Definitely not a good place to live. Neighbors are super loud and inconsiderate, paper thin walls, drafts at all windows and doors, expensive, and they won’t return your security deposit. You will have to take pictures before moving in and go to court to get your money back.
Scheduled a tour and couldn’t get in for a VIRTUAL tour until 3 weeks out. I have been trying to get answers over email simply about the price and utilities for weeks and can’t even get an answer.

moved here around November or December, First, the leasing agent lied to me about heating being included. IT IS NOT... MY FIRST WE ENERGIES BILL WAS $300. Spoke to management as anybody would and all i received from the manager was "do you have this in writing". She then proceeded to say how she doesnt know why the leasing agent would say something like that. GIrl was new at the time. W.E. Put in a work order for my front door which looks horrible and now its Almost the end of May and still waiting on them. Had issues with n... read more
