Franklin motors is great, quick process nice cars and Bailey and Dilcia were awesome putting everything together,as well as they customer service as they helped me find the perfect SUV. 10/10 experience.
Updated review as of 3/20/2026: DO NOT GO HERE!!!! These people are scam artists. 7 months after purchasing a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder, my husband had to yet again, park the car because it is not drivable. Over $2-3k in repairs since driving it off the lot. Called them today at 9:41am, spoke to a lady who did exactly as i thought, recited the "once we sold it to you, we don't care about you" slogan. Told my husband, "I'll talk to the mechanic to see what could be wrong and we can try to get you a discounted price". Good place... read more

Soon after buying the car, several issues began to appear. I brought the car back twice to be checked by the mechanic who works with the dealership. The AC did not work properly from the beginning.
