If I could I would rate 0 of 5. Complete lack of understanding for Fannie Mae and other FHA rules/regulations that are industry standard. Totally inconsiderate of veterans and active duty. Nice to see that I'm not the only one who had a terrible experience. Their one star is well earned apparently. Should have referenced Google reviews before even considering them as a possible lender, lesson learned!
Their website makes it almost impossible to pay your mortgage. I have trouble EVERY TIME I try to pay. Takes multiple days logging on. Plus, you can't pay it after certain hours! Online!! Please sell my loan, Franklin!
If I could do it over again I would not do business with this company. 1. Website is clunky 2. Their hours of operation are bad 3. When I do call I get a busy signal 4. My insurance has not been paid through my escrow and I can't get ahold of these clowns to figure out why. Stay away from these guys if at all possible.
I sold my house 7/2018. They sent my refund check to the wrong address and by the time I finally received the check it was void. I have now called 6 times to try and get my refund check re-issued. Each time they tell me they are "Expediting" my check and I should receive it by the end of the week....that was about 2 months ago. My next step will be physically going to the company and getting my $1500 check!
I've had multiple poor experiences with this company, specifically related to customer service. They can't seem to follow through on what they say they will do, and are "very busy" so trying to get them to correct mistakes takes too much time.
