Had a terrible experience with the call center. Especially with how impatient john was. I plan on going to the call center tomorrow to lodge a formal complaint against all involved.
Ive banked here 30 years. Good interest rates on accounts and loans! Best of all they arent"Banksters"!
Every other bank has direct deposit that goes in after 12 midnight this bank takes its good old time putting your money in your account. Over 60 calls to the system and then I get charged $2 when I try to see if its just the system not being updated quickly enough so I get charged a fee at an ATM. Im sick and tired of this Bank. They obviously dont value their customers...sucks
