I called office to make apt as New Pt as there were great reviews about Dr. Trager but very bad reviews about front desk personnel. I wanted to give it a change and see how the office was, well receptionist was extremely rude and was not helpful at all. I asked to be seen this week with any provider, she told me " Too bad we don't have anything available until mid April" and I said is there a cancellation list?. She said Nope. I went to Dr Richie for first time today I haven’t been to a doctor in a very long time. She was amazing. So happy I went there!!
Dr. O'Connor is an excellent physician I highly recommend her.
