The housing complex is not a bad place to live The only problem is maintenance is not very good they are not on top of it and they very seldom have a maintenance technician it took almost 4 months for them to come out and fix my bathroom sink which was just leaking because of where the water goes down around the seal was bad. I also have known other apartments to have backed up sinks that aren't getting repaired in a timely manner.
