I think this is the most unprofessional group of individuals I've ever dealt with. They are completely inconsiderate of the customers time, money or feelings. In addition, they are untruthful and flat out lie!!! As good as the doctors are they surround themselves with low quality staff. My advice.....stay away!!!
Brought a wild squirrel there that needed medical attention, and although they couldn't save it ,they did euthanize it. I was grateful for that.
Dr. Jack is the BEST! The staff is great and the patients are even better... I love this place I travel there every week to pickup my Panther's diet food and I really just love going there. I highly recommend this place to everyone I speak to that has a pet.
Dr. Pomerantz is thorough, a good diagnostician and very kind. The hours are convenient, getting an appointment is easy, and the staff is great!
