Update March 2022. Still no word if my cousins estate was handled. Seven years of uncertainty and chasing an answer. Update 2020 My cousin passed away almost 5 years ago with a very modest estate. This firm offered me a flat rate which sounded fair and I accepted without negotiation. My frustration has been that no progress seems to happen unless I constantly follow up. They helped with my mom, then my sister, and now my husband and me. Legal stuff is not my thing, but they are so good to walk you through the Power of Attorney documents and wills, then probate. There are a lot of hard questions to answer but it is better now than later.
