We recently took delivery of a car from Franklin. The whole process from start to finish was perfect. The car was exactly as advertised. A few places I went to prior, including car dealerships, had cars with mechanical and/or cosmetic issues that they did not disclose prior. There were no surprises with Franklin. He was super accommodating, letting me take the car to my mechanic to get it checked out prior to making a decision.
