Family owned and operated dealership-I pass by this dealership on the way to work every day. We’ve been shopping for our son’s first car. I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon after work and Franklin the owner was happy to speak to me about his cars and how he does business. I bought a car on Wednesday with the promise that it would be registered for me. Ot was not registered wednesday forcing me to take Thursday off work to pick the car up then. The check engine light came on 2 days later and he's refusing to fix it. I do not recommend buying a car from this crook.
I was with my son when he bought a car there the owner is very unwilling to help or give good service. My son pulled the car out of the lot. The next day the check engine light came on, and the owner of the car dealer is unwilling to look at it or even try to help fix it. As a business person myself, I recommend everybody stays far away from that car lot.they are VERY UN Professional! One star was too many, but I had to give a star to write a review😡
