FRANKLIN J AUTO SALES IS THE BEST! Franklin, the owner, was super helpful, honest, and transparent. He helped me find a 2014 BMW at a really affordable price, and the entire process was quick and stress-free! Even the DMV and registration process was super easy and fast. The customer service was AMAZING, and Franklin truly goes above and beyond for his customers. If you’re looking for a reliable car at a great price, I HIGHLY recommend Franklin J Auto Sales! 🚘👏💯
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Franklin J Auto Sales is the BEST place to buy a used car! Franklin, the owner, is incredibly nice, understanding, honest, and extremely transparent. He helped me find a reliable Mercedes-Benz for my first car and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. He genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to help you find the specific car you’re looking for. If you need a reliable car or automotive services, I HIGHLY recommend Franklin! You won’t regret it! 🚘👏
Super nice to deal with, and as a first time dealership buyer he made the entire process very simple and easy to understand for me. And the car drove 4.5 hours back home and registered with no issues at all. I will come back if I need another vehicle.
Be very careful when looking to buy vehicles—DO NOT BUY HERE. They sell you damaged cars and offer no warranty; the owner tells you there is a warranty, but when it comes time to close the deal, he uses tricks and deception to make you sign a document stating that they do not provide one.
Franklin and his wife are exceptional in their customer service. They took care of me and my wife when we needed an upgrade on a Subaru Ascent. They took care of the whole process and treated us like family! Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good reliable vehicle in excellent shape!
