horrible service - they denied me insurance for no reason at all. they never answer the phone and had been going back and forth for weeks to get a text saying they can’t insure me with no explanation. haven’t had an accident in about 10yrs and couldn’t even get a courtesy call back to explain why they all of a sudden decided to not take my money. very sketch and odd behavior on all involved. they are very hard to get ahold of and never call back, run! 🏃

Mike and Chris Jones are wonderful people. We have been with the Jones's for about 7 years. They have always been good to my husband and I. They are very helpful and always have been there when we have needed them. We have our house and car insurance with them. I don't ever see us changing insurance.
