Great value place
Do not rent this place. The building is old af and if you attempt to move out. They will take all of your deposit with bogus charges. Management is also terrible. No communication at all. Every building has bed bugs or rats.
Thank you for the riverton Community housing and the management. I lived this about two years, it's very affordable, I felt home. I want to thank Ada. She is the best management we could hope for.
My Name is Abdullahi A Hersi. I am living in this building for nearly a year. I got one incident with someone higher management when I first came as a resident. But after that I have never seen anything to grieve. The place is save, quite, clean, and has immediately answering management with quick maintenance techs. Always, there are communications to the residents informing them coming events, their parcels, or reminding them of their unfulfilled responsibilties.
