When I took the tour of Franklin Hills Apartments, it seemed as if it was a nice place to live. The apartments are large (my 2-bedroom is about 950 sq ft), it is a great location (they just opened a Meijer on 12 & Telegraph), and the rent was reasonable (under \$750). Now, after a multitude of management changes, there is no longer the customer service originally displayed by this establishment. 1) I got my keys and when I entered my new apt., there were no doors on the closets, junk in the drawers, filth in the tub, and crud all over the blinds. They stated that they would be out to clean the apt, but that took 4 days. I received a gas bill for \$160.00 for the month of Nov, but it was only \$100.00 in Jan (the coldest month of the year). My c/a went out on a 95 degree day and they didnt fix it for a week, when I stated that my severly asthmatic child needed air, I was told that I needed a dr.s note in my file. My ... read more
