HOA and pioneer property management has allowed dozens of building code violations to be ignored and hires illegal contractors creating sinkholes, flooding, molding and continue to ignore the uninspected "common areas" that flood basements as well as driveway flooding the front of the foundation.. Its a shame the inability to afford representation allows such corruption Â
