This is a place where there are many, many guns but the owner is a "jackwagon". I had a fine salesman, (older gent like me) and I made an offer and he took gun to owner and told me if I wanted it for cost, I needed to return December 31st ? That was when they sold items @ cost? Also they give 2 prices, cash or credit card? The cash price does not include state tax??? WHASSSUP WITH THAT?

Hate this place, customer service always sucks, they watch you as if you are a thief, plenty of other gun shops in the area who appreciate the business more than these guys.

Great customer service. Quick, knowledgeable and the check out guy is SOOOOO good looking!!!!!!!! I think I will have to go back and buy more guns because of Obama. Or just to hang out. Great price on my new 38 Special.

Horrible customer service! My husband and I went in to buy a handgun, and couldn't get anyone to wait on us. After being in the store 15 minutes no one in the store had even taken the time to speak to us. In fact a customer who had just walked in came and stood next to us, and the sales associate offered to help him like we were not even there! I won't go back, and suggest you do not waste your time or money there!

I absolutely love doing business with Franklin's. Every time I go in they treat me with respect and are always willing to explain the gun or accessory that I am looking at. There is no standing around waiting for someone to help you, they will drop what they are doing just to answer any questions that you have. I've bought 2 guns with them, and have also done trading with them. The prices they give you for trades is fair. Even though I live just down the road from a "competing" gun store, I find it worth my time to drive out... read more
