Great place to eat. With that specialty of history blended with antique memorabelia. I even had ground cherry pie straight from the outside garden. Now where can you get that these days!

We have eaten at Franklin Grove a number of times and have always found the meal to be way above average. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is divine. Be sure to make reservations because everyone is starting to discover this little gem.
Enjoyed a wonderful 45th anniversary lunch here. The food AND ambience was superb! Can't wait to come back.
We were looking for a place to eat close to my sister's home where we could take our dog. Franklin Grove has outdoor seating, so our poodle could be accommodated. There were 6 of us (including dog). They set us up under some trees just off their walking path to the river. Very pleasant, but quite a walk for our waitress! But she handled the long walk like a trooper, and was very courteous. A destination restaurant. Beautiful drive, quiet and scenic location next to the Sugar River, Wisconsin grown/made products. Great food served in a unique and beautiful setting. And you can SHOP for antiques too!
