We love Dr. Phillips! She has been taking care of our pets for almost 7 years, and we’re thrilled to support her move to her own practice. Without Dr. Phillips, our youngest pup may not have made it through a rare condition, and we’re thankful every visit for her great memory, brilliant mind, and compassion for our family - canines and humans alike!
We had a chance to meet the new ownership at Franklin Farm Veterinary Clinic when we thought our older dog, Tayla, had a stroke. Dr. Phillips and her staff could not have been more compassionate and supporting when we arrived. Most importantly, we were wrong about the stroke. Dr. Phillips quickly recognized it as “Old Dog Syndrome” where her inner ear and balance are messed up. Tayla is on the mend and enjoying bits of rotisserie chicken and rest. Dr Phillips is an exceptional vet. She has been taking care of our pets for over 10 years. She is the best.
Our experience at this Vet with our Siamese has been excellent. Both but the best care and advice.
We LOVE this place! Both Drs and all the staff we have seen have all been personable, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly and helpful with all my doggies aliments! We have 2 mastiffs and they also love it!
