We recently moved to Sterling with our 6 year-old Pyrenees who we rescued at age 4. With new people and strangers, she has been wildly anxious and aggressive. Dr. Phillips entered the room and our pup almost-instantly was at ease. I have never had her respond so calmly. Other than the impeccable behavioral interaction, she also diagnosed and prescribed meds to our pup for a medical issue that had slipped through 3 previous vets with no resolve. We can't speak highly enough of Dr. Phillips!
I recently visited it with my new kittens and I felt very welcome. Dr. Phillips was very knowledgeable and welcoming, and loving with my kittens. She spend good time with my kittens and myself. I was able to be present at the moment my kittens were taking their vaccinations and they were treated with a lot of attention . I truly recommend this Vet. Both staff front desk ladies were very kind and informative.
We've been using FFV for years and have always been extremely happy with their care and compassion. Our 2 newest dogs are rescues and are a bit timid so the staff and doctors there take extra time to make the dogs feel comfortable before treatment. They are the best!

We switched to Franklin Farms Vet Clinic because they are a Fear Free Certified Clinic and they go over and above to help pets (and their humans) feel less stressed about going to the vet. My sweet girl used to hide under a chair at the vet clinic, but when she goes to Franklin Farm, because they are so sweet and patient with her, she is much happier and isn't afraid. Thank you!!
I would recommend any practice that Dr. Phillips was part of. She always gave great care to my kitties whenever we had need, and when our old girl Caitlin was ready to say goodbye at just past 18, Dr. Phillips was there to help comfort not just her but my wife and I at such a sorrowful time. An great doctor and wonderful person.
We love Franklin Farm Veterinary Clinic! We have been bringing our pets there for 12 years. The staff is great. They are knowledgeable and always polite and professional and treat our pets (and us) like family. Dr. Phillips is top notch. We highly recommend this practice.
