Office staff is polite and always pleasant. Doctor is experienced,knowledgeable, forward thinking and innovative in her field. This is my family’s 8th year with the practice. I highly recommend.
I usually expect to sit and wait well past my appointment time to be seen by most dr's, I arrived early, was taken right in for the preliminary exam and waited all of 5 minutes to see the Dr. always a great experience at Franklin Family Eyecare.
So I got to the entrance way, read note on door to call office nd they gave me clear information to come upstairs and sit in "red chairs" on side. Good so far. in less than 5mins an attendant called me in and began the process of filling out a simple card w/my name and address nd leave me insurance card nd DL on the card and to follow her. Excelente servicio por parte de la Doctora Josephine.
Had an emergency situation and they were able to take care of us right away! Dr Josephine is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, always willing to take the time to explain options and new treatments on the horizon. She is an excellent doctor, puta her patients at ease and always greets you with a smile!
I will always be glad to refer and recommend people to Franklin family eyecare. The Doctors are very good and helpful .including all the staff at Franklin family eyecare are very friendly.
Dr. Josephine and her staff are the best. She has been taking care of my entire family for years and I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Josephine takes her time with each patient, answers questions, and provides phenomenal care. Her staff is so friendly and helpful. Franklin Family Eyecare is the best!!
