They have always been helpful and understanding. Have had a lot of work done here and they are always easy to get in to even on last minute notice sometimes. We don't always have all the money upfront and they have helped us figure things out, and or let me do a procedure at a time so I can afford to get things done. I take my 8yr old here too and plan on taking the next two as well.
