I have been with you since 1994. I have always received great care. My visit was excellent.
Great as usual! All of staffs are so professionally organizes! No have any problems at all! The most best dental care place in town!
Very professional and friendly staff who are very thorough, and communicate very well. Dr. Shattuck, and her staff, have a medical based procedural approach which is refreshing. They did not appear to conduct, recommend, or "up sell" unnecessary medical procedures which may be unnecessary unlike other Dental offices. I highly recommend Franklin Family Dentistry.

Dr. Shattuck is such a perfectionist. And that is exactly what I want for my dental work. She was not happy with a couple of the veneers from the lab, so she is having them redone. Everyone on her team is just so great. Brook, Sunday and Whitney are all so careful, considerate and professional, while still being very friendly, encouraging and excited for me. Very good team!
Enjoy going to the dentist because I always get a thorough cleaning and examine.The hygienist is friendly and professional. Met the new dentist today and she was very pleasant and thorough.
