Had my first visit with Dr. Sam yesterday October 9th. It was just a checkup (precursor to a cleaning). The office is inviting and everyone was super nice. Always helpful since going to the Dentist can raise the anxiety level! Dr. Sam is super nice, talkative and makes you feel welcome and encourages you to ask questions. Such a lovely dental office with the most kind, caring staff. From the moment you walk in and speak to the front desk, Tammy gave me a warm welcome with a smile, to the dental hygienist, Rose. What a beautiful lady inside and out who really does her job well. She did my cleaning so thoroughly I was really impressed with her work and attention to detail. Out of all the dentists I’ve been to in the Kitchener-Waterloo region, this is honestly one of the best places I’ve ever been to. The staff are so kind and welcoming, and they really make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. They take the time to explain everything and truly care about your oral health.
