Went for initial visit on 5/2/23, I had been told on the phone that the business was wheelchair accessible. It technically was but very hard to maneuver since there were rocks & such to get to the ramp. Then the porch was so narrow that it was hard to get my chair positioned to get through the door. There were no other patients in the building, yet they made me wait 45 minutes before the doctor told me to come on back. My mother was scheduled to have surgery and had to be intubated for it. Upon preparation for the procedure, it was discovered that she had a loose tooth. The anesthesiologist was not comfortable performing the intubation due to that fact and the procedure was cancelled. Needing a dentist right away, she promptly contacted her dentist, Franklin Dental Care and Dentures, and scheduled an appointment for the next Monday afternoon at 2:00.
