Customer service was excellent dr was very attentive and the staff was great our assistant Daniela was awesome! Highly recommended
My experience @ Kool Smilez on Cander Road in Decatur GA was horrible!! The supervisor "Toy" who wouldn't give me her real name stated that I couldn't go to with back with my 6 yr old daughter who was getting surgery bc i had two disable children with me at my time of visit. Stating "I need to go find a babysitter for all my kids." She's was very unprofessional and out of line. She needs to be repremanded. She has no kind of sympathe with me being a single parent. And not to mention we've coming to that location for 3 years.... read more

I had a great experience visiting Kool Smiles yesterday. It was a nice and friendly enviroment. The girls in the front, Stephanie and Melissa greeted me with a nice, warm smile. They made me feel right at home and were very helpful with my forms. Joe took me right in for my xrays...he was efficient with his time...fast and exceptional customer care was delivered by him.. hygenist Monica was very attentive and took her time cleaning my teeth and making sure i keep my smile nice and healthy. I definitely recommend Kool Smiles. Since the moment I got there everyone was so friendly to me and my daughter. Our dental assistant Edith was so professional and answered all the questions I had. My daughter really enjoyed being there she was calm and happy about the work they did on her. I'm definitely going back.
Estoy muy contenta con el trabajo que le hicieron a mi hija. Todos se portaron muy bien conmigo y me atendieron bien. La asistente Edith fue a quien atendió a mi hija y no te tengo ninguna queja. Hizo un excelente trabajo.. y muy professional. Recomiendo a Kool Smiles.

My son saw Dr. Phillips and her assistant Angela. I was very pleased with their professionalism and how fast they saw my son. I will definitely continue to come here because everyone was very nice and professional!!
My Son has always been afraid of Dentist. At Kool smiles he was made to feel very comfortable. All in all it was a very good experience.
