My daughter had a great experience with Dr. Martin & Adrianna! Both of my children come here and it is always reassuring that this staff does their very best to ensure that my children are comfortable. From beginning to end they are always providing insight along the process of any procedure. They alleviate fears of children and build confidence within the parents. Rest assured we will not be going anywhere else.
I took my nephew yesterday, Feb 19, 2018 to Kool Smiles and was totally satisfied. The hygienist was professional and informative. She answered all of my concerns and came out several times to give me an update which was very helpful. My nephew has had a history of dental problems and I must admit Kool Smiles have been exceptional. This was the first time I went to this location. Everything was just like when I went to the location in Lawrenceville. The staff are extremely friendly and extremely caring.
We had a great experience here. They were able to help us with an important appointment for my son's school records. My kiddo was excited about the little play area inside and that helped alleviate some of his nervousness.The dental assistants were all very kind and spoke respectfully to my 5 year old. The dentist had a warm personality and was quick but efficient. We found everyone to be nice to us and it helped my son be a great first time dental patient. Thanks!
Very inexperienced staff. Don't know how to handle babies. They completely sleep on top of baby to control them. Very rude place. Not professional did not clean baby teeth properly. Will never go back there did not complete left half way. My baby had red marks of tight handling till couple of hours.

I love kool smiles because when my kids go they always come home with a look smile I have 3 kids and customer service they r super nice and the dentist they always do a great job I will definitely recommend the with my friends
I have been coming to the Buford Hwy. location with my son. Ms. Janet Cruz and the all the staff members are always friendly and helpful to everyone. They have been prompt with appointment times. We do not have to wait too long before we are seen. I wish they had a dental surgeon at this location. But great professional service.
First visit. Appointment was for 9am. We got there 8:50am. We waited n waited n waited while others who came after us were called in. We were told they were waiting on a room. We were finally called in at 10:15. 1:30 min after we arrived and 1:15 min later than our appointment time. The check up itself was ok. Both the pre and post consultations were good.
