With my first accident they did very well and secured a good settlement. I don't know what has happened to change things but my second accident was handled correctly at all. First they merged my case with daughter's case which had been settled. Supposedly that was taken care of and then phone calls went unanswered. I was left with outstanding medical bills and no compensation for my injuries. My advice is look elsewhere.

My daughter got into a serious head on collision by a distracted driver. His commercials say he even responds to the hospitals to meet with you. Well bug lie. Not only did he not visit my daughter in the emergency room but no one even returned our call for over one week. I'd rate zero if I could.

The failure to return the call from this potential client sooner was due to an oversight on our part. We regret that her and her father's experience with our firm was not satisfactory.
I was treated like GARBAGE by this law firm. They were hired to represent me in a worker's comp case, I suffered a serious electrical shock at work, was put into a medically induced coma, and incurred approx. $250,000.00 in medical bills. I had an automobile accident on 2018 and since they were highly recommended plus the TV commercials I decided to go and check them out. I was a assigned an attorney and he took all my information to get the process started. I went to a few medical facilities since my injuries were pretty bad at that time. Every time I call to see if there was an update or try to reach out my attorney they either didn't respond or the call went straight to their voicemail and guess what? THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. Went through the office for a car crash and got the main part of the settlement but the lawyer said he found checks on his desk for me but said they were expired so he was going to get new checks. That was a year ago now everytime I call I get ignored when I leave a voicemail, even left a voicemail for the manager and have yet to hear back from anybody. Thats my money and I need it and find it very unprofessional that my checks were sitting on his desk long enough to expire and now not send me my money.
