The main lady who works in the office is super professional, friendly, and provides customer service; you always know when she is not there. As for the other lady, maybe her supervisor.... she is rude, doesn't care about people nor is she a problem solver. Out of the 3 days a week they are open it seems like their system always had some kind of problem or they're closed; business hours don't always match. Also, you have to pay a fee to pay your bill?! First time to visit the place for the past two years.A very nice welcome package that I did not expected. The customer service and her supervisor is nice..Solve my issues and she work with me .All the welcome package and information handed. Again thank you for your outstanding service to our community. Just recently I received a bill in the mail for past dues of three months. I had called the office and spoke with a supervisor by the name of Brenda. She was very unprofessional and disrespectful towards me on the phone. I did not expect something like that from someone that works for the public industry. It was an error on their system and she had the audacity to tell me I should have check on them when the balance shows up as zero balance. I expect more responsibility and professionalism from this supervisor.

Office hour is open but nobody is picking up the phones, I called more than 10 times on different days and still no body to answer. Worst experience ever! Can't even leave a voicemail.
