Grossly misdiagnosed both times I went and billing was waaaay off too, In a bad way. Even after plenty of discussion about both topics during the 2nd visit, I experienced the exact same disappointment yet again. I will not go back.

I had to do a walk in visit last week and I was highly impressed. They took me pretty much in immediately and the P A, Jamie was extremely helpful and on top of things, even Abby, the receptionist has cared enough to text me and call me back after hours and on their own time, to make sure I am taken care of. I'm one with a hard case because I am allergic to so much, yet they keep on investigating for good cures. It's nice to have a place to call and go to when you are ill without feeling like a nuisance. Yesterday was the first time I did not have a good experience. I called 4 different times to get my son in who was having what turned out to be a severe allergic reaction, only to be put on hold for over 30 minutes, and the phone was not even answered one time.
