The Rudest Staff EVER I was referred to FCF for a Colposcopy procedure and told that they were a low income facility that would work with me based on my income on a sliding scale. It took me a very long time to finally schedule my appointment. The reservation line/ phone reps are very rude and unorganized. I arrived the day of my appointment and brought everything they had asked. I was told to bring at least $75. and I could set up a payment plan. franklin c fetter health center great health center for low income families! health checkups, medicines, and care provided at little or no cost! more locations in charleston and summerville sc. great service and little waiting time. staff is pleasant, helpful and courteous. also fills perscriptions there in no time at all when called in! clean and sanitary health center! PROS: Great establishment! CONS: None!

Good indigent health clinic This is by far the cleanest and most professional health clinic for low-income families in the area. I work in the health field and am often asked about how to obtain good and inexpensive health care. My patients have always come back and reported that the clinic treats them with the utmost respect and care. I send many patients to this clinic who do not have insurance. PROS: professional, courteous CONS: none

I work in the health field and am often asked about how to obtain good and inexpensive health care.
