I visited the shop which is under new ownership and was very impressed. They are very knowledgeable and fixed my minor road bike issues quickly while waiting. Plus, they volunteer to build and maintain area mountain bike trails. As a FKLN native, these guys make local happen!!

Great customer service. I have been looking for a while for an e-bike, but with all the options out there, I couldn’t decide which way to go. Franklin Bicycle Company took their time to walk me through the options and pros and cons of different models, and I ended up feeling comfortable with my purchase. I would recommend them to anyone in the market.
If you’re a local and looking to buy a bike take your business else where. They have bikes for sale but no interest in selling them. People disrespectful and just want hourly pay since they “don’t make commission off the bikes” they could care less about you buying one. Guy at the front got an attitude for no reason (probably was having a bad day). If you want to buy a bike go anywhere else and don’t even waste your time stepping in Franklin bicycle company’s doors 🤣
