"Last week, Mike took our minivan to franklin automotive on snow just north of airport to get a front end noise looked at. We didn’t hear anything from them for a week. On his way home, Mike got cut off by OUR minivan at the snow/airport road intersection and followed it to a house well off repol rd. RecommendedKnowledgeable, reasonable and honest. If you're looking for a good mechanic with integrity, you're done. I have used this shop for years and never once considered going anywhere else after the first visit. Any mechanic willing to give you options and honestly tell you what they would do if it was their car, even if the option is less expensive, gets points. To then be capable of performing the work and doing a good job seals the deal.
Franklin automotive does excellent work at a very reasonable price.

Jeff Franklin is the most honest and kind mechanic I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with and honestly a godsend. So long as I live within 500 miles, he will be my primary mechanic.
I have passed by Franklin for years and recently had some issues with my 95 GT 5.0. Like everyone, I went to FB and checked out the reviews on their page and all seemed to be glowing and positive. I’ll have to say that my experience was identical to everyone else’s. My 24 year old Mustang is now running like a champ! I’d definitely recommend these guys to anyone and if I ever have any other automotive problems arise, they will be my first call.
