Franklin Auto Repair was fantastic. My car broke down late Friday night on my way from Tennessee. They were able to diagnose my car early Saturday morning and clearly tell me what the problem was and what I needed to do to fix it. They worked very hard to get me back on the road again so I could go home, and they would've been quicker if we didn't have to wait for parts to be delivered. I would definitely go to them for any car service that I need again if I'm ever back in the area.
I have been taking my car to Franklin Auto Repair for over 15 years and always recommend them to everyone I know (my whole family now takes their cars there for repairs and maintenance). They are a sweet, trustworthy, family owned business that always provides the best service with very quick turnaround times and great prices. I highly recommend them!
Quick professional and easy to work with and very communicative. Dan helped me every step of the way and the crew got me back on the road the next day. Highly recommend using them if you're in need of repairs.
5 stars isn't enough for Franklin's Auto Shop. I needed work done quickly and Franklin got me in and out in a timely manner. What impressed me most is how honest and thorough he is - he showed me exactly what needed to be done and what could wait, and even compared his pricing to what others would charge me. He treated me like family and I could tell he was looking out for me, not just trying to make a sale. His prices were very reasonable as well. Great customer service and an even better mechanic. Highly recommend.
Awesome place. They checked out my car I was in the market for in less than an hour. Great prices and spectacularly ran family owned business. Be sure to give them a drive by if you're in need of any car service.
